Corporate Women in Leadership Partners with the EXPAT Professional and Business Women’s Network (EPBWN) Abidjan for the 2018 Corporate Women in Leadership Summit

The Corporate Women In leadership will join forces with EPBWN to host the 4th Edition of the Corporate Women in Leadership conference due to take place in Abidjan on the 30th of November 2018. This partnership strongly confirms the saying that “great minds think alike” as both parties have as objective to inspire and motivate women to attain their full potential in the corporate world and beyond. Another significance of this partnership is that both parties will bring in a stronger level of expertise to create a lasting memory for participants of the 2018 CWL conference.

EPBWN and the Corporate Women in Leadership will also work in collaboration to deliver the 2018/2019 mentor-mentee project to support more women looking to grow their career to leadership levels. This is the second time the conference will be hosted out of Cameroon which is where its headquarters is based. True to its pan-African goal, the Corporate Women In Leadership has put in place a working system to ensure a wider reach in many countries in and out of Africa, while creating sustainable partnerships like these to achieve the objectives of the conference.

About Corporate Women in Leadership

The Corporate Women in Leadership is an initiative of FabAfriq PR which hosted its first edition in 2016. The conference aims at bridging the gap between women in top managerial positions in the corporate sector and younger women (and men) looking to learn, adopt and implement diverse strategies to achieve career growth. The conference has been hosted twice in Cameroon (2016, 2017) and once in Gabon (2017). To guarantee impact and career growth, the Corporate Women in Leadership has a Mentoring program which is a one on one exchange between participants who choose to become mentees and speakers who choose to become mentors. So far, the program has recorded over 20 successful mentees.
