SHESA Germany: ONE BIG 50!

Have you heard the town crier’s announcement? HOT events coming up from October 1st through October 3rd 2011 in Germany. Come join the ex-students of Sacred Heart College, Mankon, (SHESA Germany) celebrate the Golden Jubilee of their Alma Mater, three days in a row. Be prepared for a series of explosive events to celebrate great achievements and giving back to the community. It’s gonna go down, people!!!! 

The programme will be different from the regular party-only style that people have grown accustomed to and will be geared towards educating, inspiring and entertaining the community.
To start the event, a seminar under the topic: “Development Aid: Curse or Blessing for Sub-saharan Africa?“ will be organised. 
Among the V.I.P guests will be leading experts in the field of development aid who will participate as panel members. Experts from top organisations like, Bonner Aufruf (www.bonner-aufruf.eu), Afrika Verein (www.afrikaverein.de), GIZ (www.GIZ.de) have accepted the invitation to participate in the seminar. It has been scheduled for Saturday the 1st of October 2011 from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm.
In the past, football tournaments have been a great way to pull crowds, and what better way to do so than to invite other colleges to particiapate in an "Ossucs - style" tournament with the host team. The other teams invited to play are those of Sasse Old Boys Association (SOBA NRW), CPC Bali Old Boys Association (BOBA), St. Bedes Ex-Students Association, CCAST Bambili Ex-Students Association, PSS Mankon Ex-Students Association, Starlight College Ex-Students Association, LONGLA Ex-Students Associations Etc. The football tournament is scheduled to take place on Saturday the 1st of October 2011 from 13:00pm to 19:00pm

Sacred Heart College is known for its strong religious values, thus a church service will be held to celebrate with guests on Sunday the 2nd of October 2011. The evening of the 2nd will end with a Gala night
A special guest for the night of October 2nd is the acclaimed Cameroonian soul singer Myra Maimoh (http://www.myramaimoh.com/) with Germany’s Nr. 1 DJs,  POKUS assisted by DJ Noufi Depago taking you by storm.
