The Women in Leadership team is excited to launch the Mentor-Mentee Network of the first edition of its Summit that held towards the close
of last year.
The Summit that held on December 8 2016 spiked the zeal of the delegates that were present, to grab leadership roles hence redefining the leadership concept
in the corporate world. The maiden edition of the summit unfolded under the theme "Inspiring Women to Lead, Engage and Impact growth”. The organizers
geared towards building resilience and productive female leaders in management, business and public offices. This bold initiative is saddled with the
responsibility of guiding women on best leadership practices that will impact career progression. With this as a major preoccupation, the Mentor-Mentee
network was established, for sustainability.
Most of the speakers did not hesitate when proposed to mentor young aspiring female leaders.

Manager at ADDAX Petroleum, Clemence Nkwonkap; Commercial and Marketing Director at CAMAIR-CO have all agreed to train and mold Comfort E. Tanekeu,
Josepha BEEH NYOUNGOU, Amanda Nbeuka , Songue, Marie Christine, Mambou Happy Kelly, Mathilde Eben, Monique Ntumngia, Ngo Nsoga Jeannine Perpétue
who showed interest in the mentoring program, in to great leaders.
This program will last a period of 5 months after mentees must have sent in their registration forms.
It is high time women explored and tapped on their ability to lead, engage and impact growth in their spheres of influence.
